On top of what may already be a stressful job, the holiday season can bring even more to juggle, both for us and for our clients.

As clinicians, we often hold space for others, but we also need to make sure we’re caring for ourselves.

Do you have transition care set up for yourself?

Take a moment to transition out of time with clients—or into it.

Give yourself space before shifting from work to home or vice versa. A few quiet minutes, a walk, or even deep breathing can help you reset and protect your energy.

Your clients will benefit when you show up replenished, and so will you. 🌿
