Ways to spot a meathead at the gym!
1) Leaves personal belonging on multiple pieces of gym equipment they’re not using.
-water bottle on one, keys on another… gym back in the middle of the floor!
2) Drops weights
3) Grunts unnecessarily LOUD during sets
4) Fails to return weights to rack when done.
5) Is too cool to wipe down equipment…
6) Impedes access to Barbell rack by exercising directly in-front if it…
7) last but not least: it’s always ‘chest’ or ‘arms’ day 😂
