Strength to Soar: Arm Balance Workshop
Join Bailey for a dedicated exploration of arm balances. We’ll break down the mechanics and the mindset behind balancing on your hands, then explore strength-building drills and a variety of arm balance asanas (poses).
With a smaller group, you’ll get real-time feedback and personalized adjustments to help fine-tune your alignment, build strength and confidence, and deepen your understanding of each shape. Whether you’re brand new to arm balances or looking to expand an established practice, you’ll have room to explore at the level that feels right for you.
