How it works:
1. Inhale for 4 counts. 🌬️
2. Hold your breath for 4 counts. ⏳
3. Exhale for 4 counts. 💨
4. Hold again for 4 counts. ⏳

Repeat for a few rounds, focusing only on your breath. This method signals your nervous system to relax, helping you stay calm in the moment. 🧘‍♂️
