Both Molly and Sarah offer trauma-informed Remote Reiki sessions. Molly also teaches live online group Reiki classes and offers tailored individual or small group yoga lessons, as well as Virtual Wellness sessions. One-on-one Virtual Wellness sessions can combine yoga, guided meditation, distant Reiki and/or self-massage techniques using tools like foam rollers, exercise bands and tennis balls.
