From Surgery to Santiago!
In 2021, Edward had both knees replaced by Dr. Karas. This summer, he walked 86 miles of the Camino de Santiago — over the Pyrenees and across Spain — something he had dreamed of for over 10 years.

After training for months and walking 10–15 miles a day with ease, Edward completed his pilgrimage and qualified for the Compostela certificate.

His advice to others living with arthritis:

“Go for the surgery. You’ll be happier.” 💙
