✨ A Beautiful Day at the Museum of Science and Industry ✨

Yesterday our residents explored the tornado exhibit 🌪️, walked through Yesterday’s Main Street, toured the trains 🚂, and even climbed aboard the historic airplane ✈️

Many shared they hadn’t been to the museum since they were children.

One especially powerful moment came in the new Black Creativity Exhibit, standing before the “We Shall Overcome” art piece. History is not just something our residents learned about. It is something they lived.

Yesterday we celebrated the Year of the Horse with festive red and gold décor, cultural reflections, and lots of smiles. ❤️💛

Residents enjoyed delicious fried rice and dumplings prepared by our amazing culinary team!

Last Tuesday, we brought the spirit of New Orleans right into our community for a joyful Mardi Gras celebration! 💜💚💛

Our amazing Dining Team served delicious crab cakes and deviled eggs topped with shrimp , a true taste of the South that our residents thoroughly enjoyed. 🦀🍤

The live jazz entertainment filled the room with energy and rhythm, and before long, residents were on their feet dancing, clapping, and celebrating together! 🎶💃🏽🕺🏽

It was an afternoon full of flavor, fun, and unforgettable memories. Moments like these are what Life Enrichment is all about.
