Meet massage therapist, Taras (Terry) Sheremeta!

With nearly a decade in massage therapy, Terry combines a biochemistry background with extensive fitness and wellness experience. Hailing from Ukraine, Terry began his journey in 2015 with a certification from the Red Cross School and further specialized in cupping, kinesio taping, and movement correction as a personal trainer.

After moving to France in 2018, he completed additional training at the École Européenne de Massage and served private clients on the Côte d’Azur. Since relocating to the U.S. in 2024, Terry has continued his professional growth and earned his Illinois license.
Known for his attention to detail and dedication to client well-being, he tailors each session to support his clients’ health goals.

According to Dr. Halliday, Terry combines fantastic skills, a strong and assured yet intuitive touch, and excellent clinical knowledge.

Terry is available every Monday afternoon and alternating Saturday mornings. We hope to expand his schedule in the future.
