No, really! PAUSE.. and think about this question. Instead of the automatic reply like the “good” to “how are you”, consider if you have truly taken the time to fill your own cup, so that you have substance to pour into others.

During a time where many of us are in need of support and/or are wanting to show up for others, we MUST start with ourselves first.

Red is somatic EMDR trained, body oriented in her approach and works from a lens of trauma informed care, cultural humility and is neurodivergent affirming. Truthfully she’s also a ton of fun, keeps it 1000% real and is truly a fantastic therapist and guide.
