At The Self Inside, we see healing as a holistic process — not limited to one part of ourselves, but unfolding through the mind, body, and spirit. When these three aspects are in balance, we experience harmony and lasting transformation.

🧠 Mind:
The mind influences how we see and interpret our experiences. Healing the mind can involve:
- Challenging negative thought patterns
- Practicing mindfulness and emotional awareness
- Engaging in therapy or reflective journaling

💪 Body:
Our bodies carry our stories, often long after the moment has passed. Supporting physical healing might look like:
- Breathwork, yoga, or gentle movement
- Prioritizing rest, hydration, and nourishment
- Massage, acupuncture, or somatic therapy

✨ Spirit:
The spirit is the quiet current that connects us to meaning, intuition, and the sacred. Nurturing spiritual well-being may include:
- Meditation or prayer
- Spending time in nature
- Rituals, offerings, or creative expression

When we care for each part of ourselves, healing becomes an act of integration — a return to balance, peace, and inner wholeness.

💛 We Want to Hear From You! -

As Black women, we’re often taught to be strong. To hold it all together, to push through, to smile even when it hurts. But healing asks something different from us. It asks us to feel.

10/16/2025

Sis, it’s okay to grieve. It doesn’t make you weak or crazy! Those emotions need to come out. You deserve peace!

10/15/2025

Sis, you won’t cry forever! You either have or can gain the tools so you can safely release past pain and hurts. Your body deserves the release. You deserve to be free.
