Healing was never meant to happen alone. 🤎

That’s why we created HealHer: The TSI Book Club — a monthly gathering for Black women who are committed to their healing journey.

This isn’t your typical book club. We move slowly, reading one book over four months so we can truly reflect, process, and grow together. Each gathering includes reading time, guided reflection, and honest conversation around themes like rest, boundaries, emotional wellness, and intergenerational healing.

It’s a soft, sacred space to exhale.
To be seen.
To heal in community.

My goal for this year was to step outside of my comfort zone and let myself be seen. I thought that’s what today competition was about until I sat with my ancestors and God this morning. I realized today was not only about being seen but for me to live in the moment. I sometimes struggle with feeling joy because of my trauma but today, I released it and fully enjoyed every moment of this!! I was authentic, confident, strong as F**K, and a model for my son. This is one of those moments I won’t forgot and the start a new version of me. ❤️‍🩹🥹🥰
