Andrea Mattson aka Gaea Lady is a decade-long member of the Eco Collective in Pilsen where she manages the rooftop garden and teaches practical, food-related workshops to students of all ages. She is also an international burlesque superstar, and teaches burlesque, bellydance, silk veil classes, and dance. She is a community-builder at heart & thrives on finding creative ways to bring her passion for gardening, cooking, dancing, performing, fabric, and medicinal herbs to others. She loves to ferment, experiment, learn and problem solve—especially when it involves seasonal, local ingredients.
