WARNING, this post is so unlike me, but sometimes the truth must come out. Someone call Kitchen Nightmares! Wait, Gordon should already know about this place... My how the mighty have fallen. We came to Gordon Ramsey Burger the first weekend it was open and WOW, it was amazing. Today, I should have walked down the street to McDonald's where at least the overdose of iodized salt would have filled my mouth with flavor and if they had onion rings there, they probably wouldn't have been RAW. The first visit left me raving about how everything including the garnish and housemade sauces were seasoned to perfection. Today the only thing the sauce was seasoned with was the film it gained from sitting out for so long. I never leave without finishing my food, but today I left over cooked burgers, unseasoned elotes dip, limp undercooked bacon and undercooked fries that came out of overused oil. Never have I left a place so dissatisfied. I felt like a true IDIOT SANDWICH for spending my time and money there. Gordon, I hope you get this place in check before you open Hell's Kitchen Chicago, or they are going to ruin your reputation.
