The Peer Advocate Project We are an LGBTQ youth of color leadership project.

We design and facilitate workshops about harm reduction, nutrition, violence prevention and intervention, and doing anti-oppression work. The Broadway Youth Center’s Peer Advocate Project is an entirely Youth Led initiative in which young people of color are selected by a pool of their peers as well as two adult mentors to become living resources, accessible leaders, and culture shapers of the Bro

adway Youth Centers Drop In Community. The Project’s mission is to address issues of violence and oppression that are present within the daily lives of Drop in Community members inside and outside the Drop In space.
