Experts say dress for the job you want. Cozying up to Rising CEO Jason Beans in her Pittie Clothing Company pjs last week, Greta certainly seemed to be lobbying for the yet-to-be-established role of Chief Cuddle Officer. From the look on her face in the final photo, Greta appears quite confident she aced the informal interview!

For the fourth consecutive year, Rising debuted new, limited-edition trouser socks at National Comp, the work comp industry's largest annual conference. At our exhibitor booth, members of Team Rising enthusiastically modeled the 2025 design, and attendees who stopped by received complimentary pairs of the latest style. One of Rising's core values is "Laugh Often, It is Contagious," and our Carmel, IN office is always finding new opportunities to infuse laughter into the lives of frontline claims professionals. Earlier this fall, Rising partnered with Athletico Physical Therapy, Genex Services, Greenwood Orthopaedics, H-Wave, Objective Medical, Objective Surgical, Reconstructive Hand to Shoulder of Indiana, Sunrise Medical Solutions, Wright Rehabilitation Services, and the law firm of Dugan, Wyatt & Czernick LLC to host an adjuster outing from the greater Indianapolis area to Cincinnati. The bus trip kicked off with lunch, then an Ohio River cruise aboard BB Riverboats, followed by a visit to Cincinnati's Oktoberfest celebration, and culminated with a baseball match-up between the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Cubs at the Great American Ball Park. Many thanks to all who attended. It was an awesome day spent with awesome people!

Leveraging AI and existing Rising documentation, Beth has built AI agents that use Rising’s brand voice and expedite content authoring / approval processes across departments. This timesaving practice enables Rising’s marketing team to deliver more standout employee and customer content with greater frequency. Fantastic job, Beth!

The friendliest cowpokes in field case management recently paid a visit to IWCI's Annual Seminar in Indianapolis. In addition to exhibiting at "The Wild West: Blazing Trails Together" themed event, Rising's Vice President of Field Care Management Tim Rankin contributed his insights to the "Navigating Workers' Comp: a 360 Degree Perspective" panel discussion. And when it was time to mosey back to the Carmel office, Karen Hickner's cleverly designed covered wagon was donated to Chapelwood Elementary. The school intends to give it a new home in its library, creating a cozy space for young readers to engage their imaginations.

Prior to renovations, our fourth floor suite had remained unchanged since our 2007 move-in.
