One large jar of turnips fermenting to become pickled turnips. This is one of my favorite homemade pickle recipes. This is such a good way to support guy health. One beet is added to give the turnips color and to provide sugar for the fermenting bacteria to grow. I can’t wait until I can try these at the end of the week.

Putting together my herbal dispensary. These are some of my favorite herbs to use everyday in teas and broths. I love how our plant allies can support us mentally, emotionally, and physically. Just taking 5 min to stop and drink a hot cup of herbal tea can do a lot for taking the body out of fight or flight.
