Karen Cowperthwaite, also known as “Souly Sister” is an intuitive transformational life coach, spiritual teacher, angel messenger & Positive Intelligence leader. She supports those seeking inner peace and facilitates vibrational energy shifts so individuals can step forward into their life purpose and ignite their intuition. Through life coaching and intuitive energetic healing, Karen is a mentor and a guide who is here to inspire and provide a soulful toolbox that individuals can use to move forward — strong and confident in all areas of their lives. Her own intuitive abilities opened up during a crazy and chaotic period in her life and one day while racing home from work she cried out, “There has to be something more to life than this!” With that plea, she was led to a new world of teachers, mentors and a deep inner knowing. She opened to the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance and mediumship. Her years of experience as a special education teacher combined with a compassionate heart and intuitive abilities make for a powerful combination. She has the unique ability to gracefully receive the information given to her by Spirit, departed loved ones and the angels to share with those who seek to bring clarity, hope and action steps for their journey. You don’t need to be everything for everyone. That belief is heavy, and it was never meant to be yours to carry.

Releasing the need to please doesn’t make you selfish. It brings you back into honesty and alignment with your own truth.

When you stop bending to fit expectations, your energy begins to return. Your boundaries feel clearer, steadier, and more supportive of who you really are. The right people stay, and the rest fall away naturally.

It is a gentle pause. A clean breath. An open doorway. No rush. No expectations. Just possibility.
