We are just over a year out from the next license renewal period. It is never too early to get started on your continuing education hours. For this next renewal, one hour of CE for domestic violence and sexual assault has been added to the CE requirement, bringing the total number of hours needed up to 25 hours. August is National Wellness Month. In a profession such a massage therapy, your days are often spent providing wellness for others. This month, challenge yourself to provide wellness for yourself as well. It could be as simple as focusing on hydration, making time for movement, or practicing mindfulness.
