You probably remember the day you decided to invest in custom orthotics. You were likely tired of the constant arch fatigue or that sharp heel pain that ruined your morning walks. You went through the scanning or casting process, waited for them to be manufactured, and finally slipped them into your favorite sneakers. But if you are still feeling that same old ache, or maybe even a new one, we at My Chicago Foot Expert don’t want you to get discouraged. https://tinyurl.com/45dyyk7v

With the weather getting a little nicer, March Madness approaching, National Nutrition Month officially here, and St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, you might think it’s a good idea to heavily drink alcohol this month. But, knowing all that we at My Chicago Foot Expert know about alcohol and its effects on your foot health, we recommend splitting the G in moderation, yes, even during these happy days. Here are 4 reasons why: https://tinyurl.com/3bt8acw2

Keeping your kids active is vital, but the high-velocity intensity of modern youth sports has led to a massive spike in pediatric foot and ankle injuries. From the stiff, flat cleats used in soccer to the barefoot impact of MMA, certain activities place a uniquely dangerous strain on growing bones and growth plates.

Children's feet are constantly growing, shifting, and adapting to the world around them. Ensuring they have the right structural foundation is really important.

If your child seems unusually clumsy, trips often, or complains of "tired legs" after a short walk, don't just wait for them to outgrow it. A quick podiatry checkup can ensure their feet are developing safely: https://tinyurl.com/mt88adcp

🛑Joint pain slows you down. 🛑

But orthotics can get you moving again.
Arthritis in your feet and knees isn't just about age; it's about pressure. Custom inserts act like shock absorbers for your joints, gently redistributing your weight to reduce the bone-on-bone friction that causes pain.

Keep moving comfortably! Ask us how custom orthotics can help : https://tinyurl.com/yd864jm5

• Feels sharp or stabbing
• Is worse in the morning
• Keeps coming back

It’s time to get it checked. Pain is information, not something to ignore. Come see us: https://mychicagofootexpert.com/
