Bare Feet Power Yoga is your friendly neighborhood yoga studio. We teach powerful classes, love to have fun, and have an amazing community! We opened our studio in June 2012 and are located in the West Loop on Monroe and Morgan. Our studio is welcoming, intimate and often packed, so in June 2016 we opened up our second location! Our Bare Feet Loft is located on Madison and Racine, only 3 blocks from our Monroe studio location. We are primarily a heated yoga studio, so prepare to move, breath, and sweat at our Monroe location. If you prefer to stay out of the heat then hit up our Bare Feet Loft where all of the classes are non-heated.

This Equinox, we step into a new season and a new home. Our celebration unfolds over two days, beginning Saturday with practices that welcome us into the space, and continuing Sunday with meditation, gathering, movement, and shared joy.

On Sunday, September 21, we open the doors to Bare Feet Wellness. This is more than a grand opening - it is a gathering of community, a honoring of rhythm, and an invitation to align with the turning of the season.

Come as you are. Root into stillness, rise into movement, and share in the joy of this new beginning. All are welcome, with open hearts and open doors.

Meet Claudia!

Claudia brings over a decade of yoga experience to the mat, blending her background as a gymnast with the deeply grounding benefits of yoga. What began as a personal refuge from a busy work life quickly transformed into a lifelong passion for movement, mindfulness, and teaching.

Claudia teaches both dynamic vinyasa flows and deeply relaxing restorative sessions. Her classes are a balance of strength and softness, inviting students to explore their edges while staying grounded.

Join Claudia weekly:
Monday 7–8 PM – Restorative
Thursday 5:45–6:45 PM – Inversion Flow

Expect to leave her classes feeling replenished, empowered, and more playfully connected to yourself.
