Bare Feet Wellness is your friendly neighborhood yoga studio. We teach powerful classes, love to have fun, and have an amazing community! We opened our studio in June 2012 and rebranded as Bare Feet Wellness in 2025. Our studio located inside the Shambhala Meditation Center.

What a fantastic way to celebrate the solstice. The darkest day of the year, was filled with sunshine and community. We will take that as a good sign for the year to come.

Thank you to all the teachers and vendors that supported our wellness celebration today. Sauna by , space by , class with , gong bath by .wadhwa & , cacao by , clothing by , compression with and vibroacustic table by .is.technicolor card with our event and all the community that showed up big!! We are so so so grateful!!!

Now we’re resting, to better align with natures rhythms. Winter is a time to slow down, eat good food, and sleep.

So we’re going to just that and pause from social media starting 12/25 thru the new year.
