OMG! EVERY TIME I teach a class I'm always AMAZED & SO GRATEFUL at how well it turns out regardless of how long I've been doing this it excites me so much when I see my students blossom on the Dance floor. It doesn't matter the dance they all take an amount of getting out of your head so you can DANCE YOUR WAY TO NAMASTE and when i guide you there WELL HOT DAYUM THERE'S THE JAM 😝🤘🏾

I love doing yoga... it's so freeing and relaxing... and it doesn't take as much flexibility as you think to make fun shapes with your body. Yoga is not about flexibility but consistent practice will make you flexible... in not just your body but your mind too 😝🤘🏾 ... BOOK ME FOR YOUR PRIVATE, SMALL GROUP or EVENT NEED🥰
