Mondays often bring a rush of to-do lists + expectations, but remember—peace is found in the present moment. Instead of stressing over what’s next, take a deep breath and focus on now. Practice gratitude for this moment.

Gratitude isn't just for big wins. Train your brain to notice the small, good things: the warmth of your morning coffee, a bird singing outside your window, puppy kisses, a text from a friend, etc..

Micro-moments of gratitude shift your focus from what's lacking, to what's present + positive. These small, consistent practices can significantly improve your overall mood + resilience.

A new political administration can bring a wave of emotions—overwhelmed, worry, frustration, or uncertainty. No matter how you feel, your emotions are valid. The key is finding ways to ground yourself amidst the change.

💡 Therapist Tip: Focus on stability where you can—stick to your routines, connect with supportive people, & take mindful breaks from political noise & news outlets. Your mental well-being is just as important as staying informed.

When negative thoughts take over, it’s easy to feel stuck. Use thought challenging + reframing to regain control.

🧠 Identify the negative thought. What are you telling yourself?

🔍 Examine the evidence. Is there real proof that supports or contradicts this thought?

💬 Challenge the thought. Ask yourself if there’s another way to view the situation.

🔄 Reframe the thought to find a more balanced perspective.

💡 Replace the thought with a realistic, positive one.

Small shifts in thinking can lead to big changes in how you feel.
