Dr. Hayden Huang is a licensed acupuncturist and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM, Dipl OM). He has a Masters in Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Chicago campus and has obtain a doctorate degree in Chinese medicine (DACM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine - San Diego. Rigorously trained in the art of TCM-style acupuncture, orthopedic acupuncture, moxabustion, Chinese herbology and Asian body work. Over 1,000 hours of clinical training and over 3,000 hours of in class training. He mentored under Dr. Leon Chen of East-West Healing Center. Dr. Huang also has a Bachler’s degree in biology from University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign where he did research on the transmission of the West Nile Virus. Dr. Huang is an amateur writer and translator. In his spare time, he is working on translations of oriental medicine textbooks into the English language. His current project is the translation of the Chinese Orthopedic Theory by Dr. Leon Chen. Dr. Huang hails from a family in the healthcare industry and Chinese medicine - he understands that healing takes a personal and compassionate touch.

Dr. Huang himself is a beneficiary of the wonders of Chinese medicine, having firsthand experience of the healing process. After being saved by Chinese medicine, Dr. Huang has dedicated his life toward spreading the benefits of this discipline.
