This leadership role oversees clinical and home care operations for our Life Care At Home program, serving older adults in Montgomery Place and across the greater Chicago area.

What we’re looking for:
• Active Illinois RN license (required)
• 3–5 years of home care experience with senior clients
• Proven leadership experience managing nursing or care teams
• Strong knowledge of home care operations and regulatory compliance
• Ability to oversee staffing, training, and day-to-day clinical quality

What we offer:
• $90K–$105K salary (based on experience)

Two cherished Montgomery Place residents, Robert Hartfield and Ronne Hartfield, were recently featured in University of Chicago Magazine for celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary at Jimmy's Woodlawn Tap — the very place where they held their wedding reception in 1953. ❤️

Their story is a beautiful reminder that some memories never fade and some places forever hold a special piece of our hearts.

We’re honored to celebrate the incredible lives, stories, and lasting love of residents like Robert and Ronne here at Montgomery Place.

Meet the new face at Montgomery Place!

Destiny Yates began her journey here last year as a part-time server in the kitchen. While her role was to serve meals, she naturally went above and beyond—building meaningful connections with residents, guests, and staff along the way.

Through those relationships, she discovered a genuine love for the welcoming, family-like atmosphere that makes Montgomery Place so special. When the opportunity arose, she turned that passion into a career.

Today, Destiny serves as our Concierge, where she plays a key role in coordinating programs and services alongside resident committees. You’ll often see her around the community—attending meetings, supporting events, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

Be sure to say hello and help us give Destiny a warm welcome in her new role!

We’re inviting local artists to become part of our story through a rotating quarterly exhibit right here on campus. Selected artists will showcase 4–6 pieces in a beautiful first-floor gallery space, designed to be enjoyed by residents, families, and visitors alike.

Each exhibit also includes:

✨ Optional opportunities to host a talk or meet-and-greet
