In 2010 I was diagnosed w/ Celiac disease after seven years of debilitating health issues. Doctor after doctor misdiagnosed me, and worse yet, some didnt believe me. One doctor gave me a referral to see a psychologist for my “unhealthy manifestations of illness to garner attention.”

I felt like my life was in a tailspin with no control over what was happening to me. My health was steadily declining, the depression was overwhelming, and I felt competely helpless. We as people are rarely heard and understood because most people are not really listening to what we are saying. So when you find that person who does take the time to hear you, to offer support, and guidance, the power to transform your life is right there at your fingertips. I will forever be grateful to the woman who not only saved me, she also inspired me to become a Health & Life Coach. Through her determination, I am dedicated to empowering each and every client to feel acknowledged, heard, and supported throughout their healthcare journeys.
