honored to yet again host the korean american bar association annual gala and geeked out meeting !!!

these lawyers and judges do important work behind the glorified scenes of pop culture. we need this level of representation and the unbelievable and inspirational part is that there are so few of them.

the room was filled with trail blazers, but too many of them. why in 2024 are we celebrating too many firsts? first K A judge, partner, lawyer at a firm, state representative… wonderful firsts but why not more and why are they firsts?

i LOVE teaching at every summer! thanks to for this wonderful, free program for everyone.

this year, i taught a breath-centric yoga class on a beautiful, sunny day on the Great Lawn. i encouraged practitioners to focus on breathing before all else. of course, we ended with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice. cuz you KNOW how much i love teaching yoga nidra.

this is similar to how i teach taiji (tai chi) - from the inside out, if you will. our school offers free intro classes sept 15-17, and a Beginner Series from sept-december.
