End of an era 🥲
We wouldn’t be the company we are today if it wasn’t for being the glue behind the scenes. 💯
Amanda started helping us out part time in March 2022 and slowly transitioned to full time in that span. Nearly 4 years with and a big contributor to helping us get to where we are today! 🙏🏼
Spoken and unspoken, I hope you know how much you meant to all of us and we will miss you very much. Best of luck in your next endeavor! ✊

Unbroken Banquet IV 🙏🏼
Last year I said that 2025 will be the best year yet, and wow was I right. We continue to outdo ourselves every year, and I have a similar standard for this upcoming year. I think 2026 will be even better than 2025 😉

College Rugby Injury Screens ✅

Midseason Rugby Injury Screens 🏉🩹🤕
About halfway through the fall season and we had to make sure our ruggers are in tiptop shape to finish strong and make a push for nationals 👌🏼
We’ve revamped our screens to give the athletes more relevant info for their on-field performances. We then provided them with the tools to help them succeed in and offseason and decrease their risk of injuring themselves 🙌🏼

One of the simplest accessories to build lat/tricep strength required for rig work 🦋
The kip swing is analogous to the leg drive in a push press/jerk in that the bar is placed in a more advantageous position for your big muscles to take over. Ideally your kip or leg drive gets you past your sticking point (the muscle lengths at which you get “stuck” or have to grind it out)
After the powerful transition from the arch to hollow, you then have to push down on the bar with your arms locked out and using your lats as the primary mover to get you to do skills like toes to bar or muscle ups
Behold this simple exercise called “Barbell Rollout.” Our client required some band assistance to perform the movement correctly otherwise she was compensating with bending her elbows slightly
By adding a small band we are able to offload enough to perform the exercise correctly with her receiving the intended stimulus of proper lat and tricep engagement
Next time you see a barbell on the ground, get on your knees and knock out a quick set of barbell rollouts 👊

I’ve been a part of many teams in my life. Some undefeated, and state champion-winning teams. Some winless teams. Some in between. In all of those teams i never got to choose my teammates, and for most cases you never get to choose your teammates.
How lucky I am that I got to handpick my teammates and they’ve cultivated this work culture that makes me excited to come to work everyday
We’re a perfect balance of crushing everything we do, but not taking life too seriously.
We are what is all about.

Team Unbroken takes on bouldering 🧗
What a more appropriate send-off for our instagramless Dr. Kevin as he takes on his next venture. He has been a huge part of what we’ve built so far and while he will no longer work with us, he will always be a part of our family 🤝
