Here are our warm-up recommendations for the Crossfit Open 26.1 workout 🙌🏼
If your box has a prescribed warm-up for the workout, great! But if not or you’d like to do more, do this 👇
Mobility Drills (2-3 sets)
👉Bootstrappers, 10 bilat
👉Medball T-spine Extensions, 8-10 reps
👉Forward/Reverse Frog Jumps, 4 there and backs
💡The name of the game will be opening up your hips at deeper squat positions. If you keep your hips open with the wall ball, you will be able to keep your chest up and be more energy efficient with the movement
💡 The reverse frog jumps do an excellent job of warming up your adductor muscles which will be heavily recruited during this workout (second to the quads of course)
