Yesterday, we were pumped to visit the United Center and for the Chicago Bulls vs Pacers game and for IMD Day — where a portion of the proceeds went to support the IMD Foundation benefitting the IMD Community! 🏀 Thank you to everyone for your support! 🫶

Put your old electronics and batteries to good use by recycling them responsibly. 🖨️♻️🔋 We’ve partnered with PCs for People for two Electronics Recycling events in the IMD on Tuesday, April 14 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Tuesday, April 21 from 4 - 6 p.m. This is a wonderful way to keep your old electronics out a landfill and help people in your community. Congratulations to the The Chicago Lighthouse for Foglia Residences in the IMD being featured in the The New York Times! 🧡 Read more about this pioneering building — one of the first of its kind in the country that will act as a model for the future.

The Foglia Residences, a nine-story, 76-unit affordable housing unit designed for people who are blind and visually impaired, opened in the fall of 2024.
