Her areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, major life transitions, relationships, depression, grief/loss, and spirituality. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is effective in the treatment of trauma and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) which is effective for couple counseling.
