This patient came to us with crowded teeth, an impacted upper premolar (stuck in the gums), and a deep overbite.
We started with a palatal expander to create space and widen the upper jaw, then used braces to guide the teeth into place and bring the impacted tooth into the smile. We also corrected the deep bite to improve both function and appearance.

Now her smile is straight, balanced, and much healthier with all teeth in the right position.

✨ Smile Transformation ✨

This patient came to us with severe crowding, an impacted canine (a tooth stuck in the gums), and another canine that was coming in the wrong place.

To create the space needed, we first used a palatal expander to gently widen the upper jaw. This allowed the crowded teeth to align and helped guide the impacted tooth into its proper position. The best part is that we were able to correct everything without removing any permanent teeth.

With careful orthodontic treatment, her smile is now straight, healthy, and beautifully balanced.
