My heart is FULL! 💃
Just this week I've heard from three past clients who reached out to tell me how much the work we did together has had an impact on their lives.
Some were from a few years ago and others within the past year. The common sentiment is how the tools/skills they learned during our time working together have "given back to them in spades."
While their body composition/weight may not have changed, the way they feel about themselves, their bodies and how they relate to food, and the important people in their lives are significantly different.
