My heart is FULL! 💃
Just this week I've heard from three past clients who reached out to tell me how much the work we did together has had an impact on their lives.
Some were from a few years ago and others within the past year. The common sentiment is how the tools/skills they learned during our time working together have "given back to them in spades."

I didn’t used to think I was an emotional eater. I wasn’t binging by the textbook definition.
