When you have a toddler that gets sent home for biting, 3 away matches in 12 days, a 5 day continuing ed course, and fitting in work where you can to prep for the weekend… you have to travel across the country to get a workout in.

Growth is realizing weight loss isn’t a moral achievement, thinness isn’t a personality trait,
and training on rest days isn’t self-care.

I used to chase smaller numbers.
Now I chase stronger outputs, better recovery, consistent energy, and fewer red flags 🚩

Weight loss might still be part of the conversation.
But it’s no longer the whole damn plot.

Fueled > depleted.
Informed > obsessed.
Progress > perfection.
