Dorian and I felt called to hold space — a place to express, release, and return to the body. 🙏🏽 This system thrives on our fear and exhaustion, so we’re choosing to gather, reconnect, and remember our strength together. 🫂

My favorite part of doing work is hearing the comments y’all make as your body starts to shift. 💫

guided us through a tender tea ceremony with herbs from her grandmother’s garden across oceans
She invited us to connect with our intentions and listen deeply to the medicine in the plants 🍵❣️
perez_acupuncture offered 5-point ear 👂 acupuncture to support our nervous systems and return us to stillness 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

And I guided us through a sound bath to help ground and integrate all we had received 🌀❤️‍🔥

To the fathers who stepped in—not by blood, but by love.
We see you. We honor you. We hold it all today.
