Through asana, pranyama, kriya, mudra, bandha, and mantra one becomes a ready vehicle to awaken and raise kundalini energy. Please join us for an uplifting, bhakti infused exploration of these powerful practices!

PATRICK'S BIO: All of life becomes ones yoga. Patrick received his teacher certification through Liberation Yoga in 2010 and has spent the last five years immersing himself in the practices and study of classical Hatha yoga as well as Bhakti. With an emphasis on purification, alignment, and the energetic components of asana, pranyama, kriyas, mudra, and bandha, Parick's classes lay an integral foundation for students to safely move forwards as they navigate the vast terrain of the Yogic path. All levels are welcome to attend his classes!
