Calling all Peer Plus Supporters, don’t miss this opportunity! Care Access is offering a free heart and kidney health screening for the community.

This simple blood test can provide insight into your risk for heart disease, heart attack, diabetes, kidney disease, and more. It’s especially helpful for anyone with a family history of health conditions.

The process is straightforward: select a location, complete the blood test, and receive your results.

Participants must be 18 or older and bring a government-issued photo ID and an email address. Registration is required.

FREE EVENT! Taste for the Homeless, in collaboration with Peer Plus, presents The Last Man Standing Wrestling Title Match as part of Winterfest.

Join us for live wrestling, community connection, and on-site support. This event brings people together while meeting real needs in a powerful, accessible way.

Everything is free, including food, haircuts, beautician services, nail care, and new shoes and clothing.

Chat & Chew 2025 was unforgettable! 🥂 Over 300 attendees came together in honor of National Cancer Survivors’ Day—a joyful celebration of life, legacy, and healing.

We shared a delicious meal, meaningful conversations, and were deeply moved by the keynote speaker, Alfred Lacks Carter, Jr., grandson of the legendary Henrietta Lacks, “The Mother of Medicine.” His powerful words reminded us of the importance of honoring legacy, community health, and collective action. 👏🏽
