Neo-Lifting is a very special and specific type of treatment where we combine lymphatic drainage techniques, tension release techniques, facial muscle toning & tissue lifting massage, breathwork, and inner-oral (buccal) massage to achieve the goal of lifting and rejuvenating the facial tissues and muscles. Unlike the other facial massage therapies that we offer, Neo Lifting uses no massage tools or herbal poultice, just hands! This treatment is a holiday season favorite! Now with the option to add on a gua facial massage. If you want to be event or photo ready, this is the facial for you✨

We start with a double cleanse before taking a closer look at your skin to decide which detoxifying mask works best for your skin. Then, either a calming CBD clay mask or a deep-cleaning salicylic mask will be used on your skin while you steam. Any needed extractions are performed after steam and masking. After your skin has been properly cleaned, a microdermabrasion exfoliation treatment treats your neck and face to smooth and soften skin and help make pores appear a bit less visible. Then, a trio of antioxidant-rich, brightening, and oxygenating products is applied to your skin and massaged in. This is where we can add on gua sha massage to release tension and sculpt your face. These antioxidant products are left on your skin post-facial and continue to deliver brightening and strengthening nutrients.

This facial is finished with a final cooling roller for its calming and firming effects. Proper moisturizer is applied and SPF if needed. I always suggest letting this skincare stay on your face for the remainder of the day so the oxygenating products can do their work.

This facial massage reveals radiant, even-toned skin plus an overall sculpted and firm feeling face and neck area! We achieve these results utilizing lymphatic brush tools and warm herbal poultice. I'm always so amazed at the instant results I get from this massage 🤩

After I cleanse your skin, I use Cecily Braden lymphatic brushes to open up and follow specific lymphatic drainage pathways. This is clearing away stagnant lymphatic fluid that contains debris and guiding it into your body's lymphatic system, where it can be cleaned and renewed. This is helpful for reducing puffiness and evening out your overall skin tone by reducing redness and ruddiness. This type of massage is also amazing for healing our nervous system, putting you into a deeply relaxed state, and it has also been said that it improves the immune system.

An herbal poultice ball is used during this massage treatment to create a circulation and oxygen boost to your skin's tissues that drives natural nutrients. 6 Skincare things that are a treat for any and every skin type 🍬✨

🍬 Oil Cleansing - don't be afraid of it! Oil attracts other oils and mops up debris, like makeup, sunscreen, and environmental dirt/dust. So you can use your facial oil to loosen and collect this debris and then wipe it away with a cotton pad and the debris comes with it!

🍬 Hydrating Essence or Mist - all skin can use a refresh with a hydrating mist or essence. these types of products have super small hydrating molecules that absorb deeply into the skin and lock and hydration so your barrier functions better and your skin feels fresh and glowing

🍬 Well-formulated cleanser - don’t underestimate the power of a great cleanser. Many cleansers have ingredients that distress your skins barrier, irritate it, or leave a film that causes future breakouts. A well-formulated cleanser gets your skin clean while keeping your barrier your health intact and it won’t make you break out

🍬 CBD skincare - CBD is a really helpful anti-inflammatory ingredient for our skin. CBD skincare is super helpful for red skin, sensitive skin, and acneic skin

🍬 Face massage - Any and EVERY type of skin benefits from a facial massage. oxygen and circulation boost from a facial massage drives natural nutrients to our skin. This aids in a clearer complexion, healthier skin, and a more radiant glow

🍬 Lightweight, mineral SPF - Mineral SPF is where it's at! It's not harmful for our skin or body (internally) like some chemical SPFs. Some mineral SPFs can feel heavy or leave a white cast, but a lightweight mineral SPF is something that every skin type will like. mineral SPF is my favorite

People always ask me “how can I have radiant, clear, healthy looking skin?

You don't need much, but consistency is key 🔑

Yes I love a full skincare routine with cleansing, toner, moisturizer, spf, and maybe even some massage, exfoliation, or a mask tossed in there.

But oftentimes the reason people skip their skincare routine is because they feel overwhelmed by the steps or don't have time time/energy 🫠

Don’t feel like you have to do every step, everyday. On the days you feel like you don’t have the time or energy for a full skincare routine, stick to the stuff that really matters!

✨Double cleanse - use a pre-cleanse balm, pre-cleanse oil, or your favorite facial oil as a pre-cleanse to remove surface debris and buildup before you cleanse with your traditional facial cleanser. It’s the best way to make sure your skin is clean but not sensitized.

✨Vitamin C - this is such an important antioxidant serum for us to wear under our spf moisturizer. It gives us a different kind of protection that keeps skin bright, firm, and healthy.

✨ SPF - UVB rays are short, skin burning rays that come from direct bright sun, UVA rays from the sun are longer and damage our skin even through the clouds, HEV light is a light emitted from our phones and electronic devices that is damaging to our skin. And fluorescent lighting gifts off UV light rays that are also damaging. SPF defends against all these light rays
