Make the best decisions that you can with whatever situation that presents itself.
If you’re at the airport and deciding between buying a water and pouring it into your water bottle or filling it with tap water. Buy the water and pour it into your water bottle. Not the perfect choice, but better than the later.
If you are eating out with friends and someone orders a fried appetizer and a non-fried appetizer. Do the best you can and eat the non-fried appetizer.
If you’re having a lazy Sunday and you have to grab something from your car in your apartment complex, take the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
What we try to educate is that health ultimately is awareness on micro decisions that lead to big results.
Do the best you can with the decisions that present themselves and if you continually make those decisions overtime it will lead to big results.
