Make the best decisions that you can with whatever situation that presents itself.

If you’re at the airport and deciding between buying a water and pouring it into your water bottle or filling it with tap water. Buy the water and pour it into your water bottle. Not the perfect choice, but better than the later.

If you are eating out with friends and someone orders a fried appetizer and a non-fried appetizer. Do the best you can and eat the non-fried appetizer.

If you’re having a lazy Sunday and you have to grab something from your car in your apartment complex, take the stairs instead of taking the elevator.

What we try to educate is that health ultimately is awareness on micro decisions that lead to big results.

Do the best you can with the decisions that present themselves and if you continually make those decisions overtime it will lead to big results.

Acute illness is a response by the body to increase your metabolism ie fever to allow for toxins to be excreted through the channels of excretion ie digestive, lungs, skin, or sinuses.

This is the natural healing response of the body. This is what nature intended to happen so the internal core of the body would heat up to increase the ability to secrete these toxins in whatever pathway is easiest for the body.

The last thing we want to do is suppress this process because it drives the toxins deeper in the body. The toxins then get driven to critical organs like the liver, endocrine glands, etc.

1. Rest

2. Support the detoxification of the organ system (sauna, enemas, fasting)

3. Herbs, nutrients, and organ support for whatever system needs supporting

4. The basics: light movement, breathing, sunlight, rest

We’ve seen these 4 pillars of healing throughout all holistic paradigms throughout the world for thousands of years.

Detoxification is the process of eliminating more than you’re absorbing into your body, and getting rid of metabolic waste.

Nutrition. What part of your body is not 100% made of what you eat, drink, breathe, absorb, and think? Nutrition is key, and we see across the world that our food has been depleted of nutrients.

Mindset is aligning your mind and emotions with your body so the healing force can flow through you. Sometimes false belief systems bring us down and prevent us from having a positive mindset.

Lifestyle or Vitality. We evolved over millions of years to live in the natural conditions on planet earth. This includes clean structured water, fresh air, toxin-free environment, cold water bathing, natural movement, community living, grounding, etc… When is the last time we were exposed or practiced any of these?

If you want to create the health transformation that we all deserve, all of these pillars or legs must be addressed. This is healing.

➡️ It is estimated that over 60% of people with psycological disorders actually have a blood sugar problem. Eat a piece of raw cheese before starting an SSRI!

➡️ The dreaded afternoon crash. If you need caffeine post-lunch, work on your blood sugar by eating more consistently with higher protein throughout the day and avoid the extra caffeine.

➡️ When we experienced difficulties sleeping through the night, it can be a clear indicator of blood sugar dysregulation. High cortisol levels at night can disrupt sleep patterns and make it difficult to stay asleep.

Low testosterone is something commonly seen in young adults today, which is a huge red flag 🚩

The causes of low testosterone levels include:

1. Poor diet
2. Lack of movement & exercise
3. Stress & anxiety
4. Sleep deprivation
5. Obesity
6. Environmental factors

Testosterone production generally begins to decrease after the age of 30 and after menopause. However, now we are seeing this happening to younger adults and there are many things we can do to prevent this.

Skin issues are gut issues almost always. If you have any sort of skin problem we challenge you to ask what you can do better internally.

Follow the below as guidance:

Acne = detox problem

Rosacea = too much heat, need for fat soluble vitamins, detox problem

Dry skin = need for collagen and fat soluble vitamins, liver problem

Health is about going back to the basic foundations or as we phrase it, “pillars”. This means thinking about:

1. Nutrition
2. Detoxification
3. Vitality
4. Mind-Body

These are just a FEW examples of things you can do starting today to enhance your overall health.

Things as simple as drinking water from glass instead of plastic or using wired headphones instead of AirPods to reduce EMF exposure make a huge difference.
