1 in 5 adults in the U.S. lives with a diagnosable mental illness.
Yet over 50% will not receive treatment.
This month is more than a gesture of recognition. Itβs a call to create change.
β‘οΈ A change in how we view mental health: itβs not a weakness or flaw. Just like physical health, it deserves ongoing attention and support.
β‘οΈ A change in how we view seeking help: care is not a sign of failure. Doctors need doctors. Therapists need therapists. Support is a sign of strength, not surrender.
β‘οΈ A change in how we define progress: healing is not always linear or visible. Growth can be quiet. It happens in conversation, in reflection, and in choosing to keep going.
Mental health is not a crisis to avoid. It is part of everyday lifeβhow we make decisions, how we connect, how we lead, and how we care for ourselves and others.
This month matters. But the conversation cannot end in May.

We exist to change livesβone conversation at a time.
