The kids learned about some common spices like turmeric which is beneficial for brain development, growth, and has anti inflammatory agents which happens to give food a beautiful and bright yellow tinge.

The girls learned how to make a fancy rice wrap filled with julienned vegetables, such as red bell peppers, Persian cucumbers, avocados, carrots, chicken, and rice. They couldn't believe they were eating so many vegetables! We also made delicious zoodles topped with parmesan and a zesty marinara sauce! it's all about the presentation :)
