Congratulations to our in-house acupuncturist Ana Mitchell for completing the Chicago Triathlon! What an amazing accomplishment!

So, yesterday I participated at the .tri 2022 with more than 5,000 athletes from all over the world— it was truly an amazing experience! Cheers to all my fellow , you are all incredible!

After all of those early-morning workouts, squeezing in sessions in between patients, all the sweat and tears, and a few minor injuries, I was able to cross the finish-line.

All these months of training were worth it for the goose bumps and falling tears I felt while running my last mile. That feeling is one of the best feelings you can ever have! — I truly recommend it!

To all my dear patients and friends, I honestly encourage you to make your dreams come true, it doesn’t matter how big or small they are! — as you have probably heard me say more than once during our sessions, following your dreams will make your Liver and Heart Spirits (ethereal expressions of energy) very happy and balanced.
