We often manage to meet my responsibilities and goals, but anxiety can lead to constant worry, overthinking, perfectionism, and an overwhelming fear of failure.
It's essential to recognize that high-functioning anxiety is a real and valid experience, even though it might not always be obvious to others. By raising awareness about this type of anxiety, we're not only acknowledging its existence but also helping people address their struggles.
