The Office of Faculty Development, within the Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, offers a supportive environment and provides easy access to helpful resources to help faculty members pursue paths to successful, fulfilling careers. Some of the services we offer include identifying mentors, reviewing promotion portfolios, acting as a sounding board for academic issues and a referral to resources outside the Department.
