We spent time this evening celebrating The Salvation Army at their annual Gala. We are so thankful for all they do in this community and the impact they make daily on Chickasha and the surrounding areas. We couldn’t be more proud to come alongside them as sponsors and as some of our staff serve on their Board. Although we are sad to see them go, we are appreciative of Lieutenants Bobby and Crystal and everything they’ve done here and we also look forward to seeing how they’ll continue to change communities they are apart of moving forward. Join us for a one-day-only event offering FREE sports physicals for school-aged athletes:

No appointment needed—just walk in! Please note, a parent or guardian must be present with children who are not currently patients of Five Oaks. Shot records will be required of non-patients as well.

Whether your child plays football, cheers, runs track or participates in any school sport, this is the perfect time to complete their required physicals at no cost to you.
