Have you tried our Classic 60 Class?
Experience the traditional 26/2 Hatha (Bikram) yoga practice of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises). This grounding class offers numerous benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, oxygenated blood circulation and increased energy. This class is a condensed form of the traditional Classic 90. Follows the same set sequence, with some postures only practiced once. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order that is most beneficial to the body. In addition to the physical benefits, this series cultivates self-control, determination, concentration, and patience. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 105°F+ with 40% humidity.
