It is our pleasure to recognize Butch Davidson in this month’s Employee Spotlight! Butch recently celebrated his 20-year work anniversary at CVI.

Butch works in a Supported Living home with individuals with varying interests and goals. He brings his large personality and enthusiasm to everything he does! Butch provides each person he supports with opportunities to grow and have fun and is an excellent member of the team.

In the 20 years he has worked for CVI, 18 years have been in the same Supported Living house. He has been a consistent advocate and steady fixture for the individuals living there. He assisted them through the Campfire and was a constant source of empathy and stability in an evolving and unknown time. His ability to navigate this time period for CVI will forever be appreciated.

When Butch is not at work, he likes to spend his time boating, fishing, and working out. He describes himself as an outdoorsy kinda guy.

At California Vocations, Inc., we are proud to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they achieve their dreams and contribute to their communities.

We support Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) with opportunities to live, work and play. Our clients live in Residential Homes or Supportive Living Services (SLS) Homes. We also offer two Day Programs for adults with IDD. Join our team in this rewarding field, building relationships while caretaking for their health, safety and welfare. We have work settings in Chico, Oroville, Gridley, Orland and Corning. California Vocations, Inc. is a non-profit established in 1984
