At Passages Center, our mission is to help older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers find the support and resources they need to live safely and independently.

Through a variety of programs and partnerships, Passages helps connect individuals with services such as:

• Care Management
• Medicare Counseling (HICAP)
• Family Caregiver Support
• Fall Prevention Programs
• Long-Term Care Ombudsman Advocacy
• Volunteer Opportunities

Our team works every day to ensure people in Northern California counties have access to trusted information, guidance, and community support.

Attention Veterans and north state community! Come see us tomorrow, January 21st at the Fairgrounds in Orland for the Glenn County Veterans Stand Down resource fair! If you are a vet in the region, please join us. All veterans from all branches of the military are encouraged to attend. The free event runs from 10am to 2pm at the Glenn County Fairgrounds at 221 East Yolo Street in Orland.
Registration will start at 9:20am and the event will kick-off at 10am with an opening presentation featuring the national anthem, a ceremonial flag raising, plus remarks from local leaders as well as notable veterans. Centenarian veteran Nile Pearce will be honored. Hope to see you there!
