Our OTs help patients rediscover independence in the comfort of home. Whether it’s buttoning a favorite sweater, preparing a favorite meal, or safely moving around the home, they make the little victories feel big again.

We typically host our Hospice Open House during Hospice Month in November, but this year we had the opportunity to bring everyone together a little later and it was well worth the wait.

On Thursday, March 26th, we were honored to welcome so many of our incredible community partners, including case managers, discharge planners, clinical teams, and support staff from assisted living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and more.

It was a wonderful time to connect, build relationships, and spend meaningful time together while introducing our hospice team and the work we’re so passionate about.

Hospice care plays a vital role in supporting patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. It truly takes a strong, connected community to ensure individuals receive compassionate, dignified care when they need it most.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our amazing team for the planning, setup, and warm hospitality. It was a fantastic turnout and a great reminder of what we can accomplish together.
