As we welcome a new year, we want to pause and say thank you—to our patients and families who trust us during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, to our community partners who walk alongside us, and to our incredible team members who bring compassion, skill, and heart to their work every single day.

The past year reminded us why care at home matters so much: dignity, comfort, connection, and meeting people where they are. As we look ahead, we’re energized by the opportunity to continue improving quality, expanding access to care, and being a trusted guide for our community across the continuum of care.

Here’s to a new year filled with hope, healing, and continued partnership. We’re honored to serve this community, and excited for what’s ahead.

As we reflect on this year, our hearts are full of gratitude -for our patients and families, our healthcare partners, and the incredible community we’re honored to serve.

This year brought meaningful growth and change, and through it all, our commitment to quality, compassion, and care at home only grew stronger. We’ve expanded our programs, welcomed new team members, and continued to care for people at some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

We’re especially grateful to our dedicated team who serve patients every day, including those caring for others during the holidays. Their compassion and professionalism are the reason families trust us and why we continue to hear so many stories of gratitude from the community.

Thank you to our hospital partners, senior living centers, physician and provider partners, referral sources, donors, and supporters who walk alongside us -and to the patients and families who allow us into their homes and lives.

Day 2 of Holiday Cheer = Even More Smiles!

Buddy the Elf, the Grinch, and our merry crew of holiday helpers were back at it for Day 2, spreading cheer across even more senior living communities in our service area!

Together with the incredible staff at our senior living partners, we shared laughs, posed for plenty of photos, and helped brighten the days of hundreds of residents. The smiles, high-fives, and holiday spirit were truly contagious—and a powerful reminder of how meaningful a little joy and connection can be.

We’re so grateful to the amazing teams who welcomed us so warmly and helped make these visits so special. Thank you for the important work you do every day and for letting us be part of your holiday celebrations.

What a fun day!

This week, a few very special guests joined our team- Buddy the Elf, the Grinch, and a crew of holiday helpers, as we visited senior living communities throughout our service area.

Our goal was simple: bring joy, spark laughter, and remind our seniors that they are loved and remembered during this season. What we didn’t expect was just how much they would brighten our day.

We met residents who don’t smile often… smiling. We posed for photos with staff and families. We sang, laughed, and shared moments we’ll remember long after the decorations come down.

A huge thank you to our senior living partners for welcoming us so warmly, and to the residents who let us be part of their day.

Here’s to kindness, connection, and a little holiday magic. We look forward to more visits in the coming weeks!

A Report to the Community

This fall marked a major milestone for home health and hospice care in our region. With Enloe’s program closing, Butte Home Health & Hospice agreed to step up-growing our team, expanding our capacity, and serving more patients and families than ever before.
