🟢January is Glaucoma Awareness Month🟢

Did you know glaucoma is one of the leading causes of vision loss? The tricky part? It often shows no symptoms until significant damage has already occurred. That’s why early detection through routine eye exams is so important.

Glaucoma doesn’t have to mean blindness. With early diagnosis, it can be managed with treatments like medicated eye drops or laser therapy. Regular eye exams, especially for higher-risk ones, protect your vision.

👁️ Are you at risk? People over 40, those with a family history of glaucoma, or conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure are more likely to develop it. Check-in with your eye doctor and stay on top of your eye health!
