This weekend we have 2 amazing events happening. Come join us for one or both.

On Saturday, we’ve teamed up with André from Equilibrium Acupuncture and to bring the community an incredible summer event.

Come enjoy this triple dose of goodness as each guest will receive a 60-minute guided group yoga class led by Jamie, a stress-relieving and immune-boosting acupuncture treatment by André, while relaxing to the soothing sounds of the sound bowl.

This event is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to acupuncture.
