My mission is to provide my clients with relaxation, stress reduction and overall body wellness. I am available Monday-Friday by appointment only.

I have always understood the benefits of massage therapy, but it was while attending Milan Institute that I really gained a testament to the overall body wellness that massage provides; such as decreasing chronic pain, increased flexibility, increased range of motion, calming the nervous system and helping you to become more aware of your body and your unconsciously held tension.

**Worth the read** Last year, what I thought was a grouping of pimples actually turned out to be a staph infection. After the scab fell away my skin began to heal and I was left with a wonderful scar on my nose 🙄 I was already self conscious about nose to begin with, but why not add a scar on top of that. Insecurity level high. But I knew my skin would do it's thing and eventually, things would look "normal" again.

Fast forward to this summer when said she was looking for people to practice on for a new service. She told me it was good for acne scarring (have a bit) and collagen production. Sign me up!

I was definitely looking glowy after, but oh my gosh! The scar on my nose looked so different! Redness had gone down significantly. So much so that a few days later my son (autistic and NEVER misses anything) touched it and said "mom, your nose is healing." Yeah, amazing.

Now, fast forward to today. This is my second treatment and look at that bottom picture. Even more reduction in redness and Julia pointed out that, not only is there a difference in the tone and texture in my skin but the scar looks closer to my natural color as well ❤️❤️❤️

I'm either reviewing old things, studying new things, or updating my monthly and weekly goals. The work is really never done.

Sometimes it seems like a lot and sometimes I feel like I have everything under control.

But one thing is for sure, I won't stop. Learning and growing is the way to be ❤️

So many new and exciting things coming your way!

I'm gearing up to add Peri-Meno Massage to my service menu and I am looking for bodies to practice on. This massage is different from my typical sessions as it uses essential oil, is slower and more gentle, we work specific shiatsu meridian points, and we don't address areas of concerns you have. Did I mention it's slower and more gentle?

If you are experiencing menopause or perimenopause symptoms, I'd love for you to come on and experience this massage. I am looking for two volunteers on August 19th. One at 9 AM and one at 10:30 AM. If you're interested and available send me a message. I'll add another date in a couple of weeks.

I did it!

I recently became internationally certified as a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT ®️) by world-renowned Liddle Kidz ®️ Foundation.

I learned about Liddle Kidz®️ shortly after I finished Massage school and thought it would be fun to learn, but it kind of fell off my radar and I couldn't remember the actual name of the organization when I was ready to fully dive in. Fast forward to last year and Liddle Kidz ®️ suddenly started popping up in my news feed on FB. Apparently, the universe felt it was time for me to get to it.

I had the choice to become a teacher or a provider. I chose to become a teacher so I could teach caregivers how to provide this therapeutic touch to their babies and create a bond 💗

Currently, I'm working on a course description to begin offering the class through our parks and recs department. Nervous but super excited.

Saturday, July 26th 2-6 PM I will be offering Auricular Therapy for the 5th anniversary of

Auricular Therapy (aka ear seeds/ear seeding) uses acupressure points of the ear to treat different ailments of the body. The application is quick and painless. This Saturday I will be focusing on insomnia, mental clarity and libido.

Join me in celebrating Evolve Wellness Center 5 year anniversary!

Beginning August 1st, there will be a slight adjustment in prices. New clients and clients that have not seen me in over 3 months will see the increase beginning this day. For clients that have seen me in the last month this increase goes into effect September 1st. **All appointments that have already been scheduled for August and September will be honored with the current pricing.**

Please know the decision to increase pricing was made after very careful consideration. The massage industry continues to see rising costs in various areas and I want to maintain the standard of service you have come to expect and love.

My girl is home, and she kind of got me the greatest souvenir ever! I was completely shocked.

Her group was on their way to breakfast and NKOTB had just finished performing and Donnie waa interacting with the crowd. So, she shot her shot by shouting "my mom is such a fan!" a few times and caught his attention. When he asked where I was and she told him I wasn't there, he asked her if she wanted him to record a video.

And the sign? Well, her tour guide may or may not have stolen it for her 😆 i told her she earned favorite child status 🤣

The event on Sunday with was fantastic!

Wonderful turnout and great information shared.

Due to my long history of knee problems and surgeries, I have seen many physical therapists. Inspire Physical Therapy tops them all. Hands down.

They didn't just want to get me back to "maximum medical improvement", they cared about my long-term goals and what I wanted to be able to do.

They challenged me when I was able to do foundational exercises.

I didn't have to share my physical therapist (Chelsea) with anyone else during my appointment time. She was there to encourage me during the exercises and answer any questions I had. The one on one care is unmatched.

ICYMI: changes happening over here at ETARM.

First, I will temporarily be adding Wednesdays to my schedule. It's a trial run. If there is a lot of interest, then Wednesdays will become a permanent part of my schedule come fall (or when school starts).

Secondly, I will no longer be scheduling evening appointments beginning May 1st. This was a very hard decision to make, but ultimately, it came down to meeting the needs of my family. I'm not sure if this is a permanent move or temporary, but for now it's what is needed.
